Pyatigorsk is line bred 2x4 to the great stallion *Pietuszok, known to be prepotent for high racing ability, and son of Priboj.

Priboj horses are known for their athletic ability and hold the vast majority of race records.

Pyatigorsk is an International Halter Champion and is the only Canadian born stallion on the Arabian Horse World's all-time leading Sire list.

His offspring have also been show ring champions, in numerous categories, and most were exhibited by amateurs or juniors.
